This is our take on the classic Rat distortion pedal by ProCo*. A legendary distortion that needs no explanation. We added a feedback loop for even more sonic mayhem. Paint the town red with our Rattle Can.
Knobs and footswitch descriptions:
Volume: I mean, it’s in the name. This controls the volume of the pedal.
Distortion: I’m not even sure why I’m writing this description.
Filter: Adjusts the high frequencies. Roll it left for more highs and right for, well, less highs.
Noise: This knob only works when you turn on the feedback loop. Just play with it once the loop is activated.
Bypass Footswitch: Turns the effect on and off
Feedback Footswitch: Activates the feedback loop
Note: This pedal uses a feedback loop to create the pitch shifting feedback oscillation effect. It matters where you place the pedal in your signal chain. For best results, have it as the first pedal in your chain, or only place it after true bypass pedals that are turned off.
This pedal has true bypass switching and requires a 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel.
