Rumor has it that tone is in the fingers. I argue that it’s in this pedal. Amirite?
Let’s face it - tone is subjective. And if you’re purchasing an EQ pedal, you’re on a quest to dial in the best tone you can find. Well, try this one out. At least you get a boost to go along with it. We’re all on a quest for better tone. Let’s go together.
Knobs descriptions:
Level: Adjusts the volume. Clean boosts your signal up to 5x louder than your original input level
High: Up to 20 dB of cut or boost to your high frequencies.
Mid: Up to 20 dB of cut or boost to your mid frequencies.
Bass: Up to 20 dB of cut or boost to your low frequencies. Maybe we should have titled this knob “Low” since the other ones were “High” and “Mid”. I mean, “Bass” would have made more sense if the other knobs were “Treble” and “Mid”, but we’ve made a bunch of these now, so we can’t really go back and change it. Wait, we like the word “Bass”. I’m not sure what you’re complaining about, anyway. They practically mean the same thing. We’re sticking with “Bass”. Deal with it.
This pedal has true bypass switching and requires a 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel.
